The Borough code enforcement team investigates reports and proactively patrols for property maintenance and building code issues. The team enforces standards in the Borough Code and PA UCC. If you have a complaint about noise, a loud party, or safety, dial 911. Your call will be routed to local dispatch and responded to by the West Chester Police Department.
