Instead of guessing where to allocate resources, leaders can rely on evidence and documentation to make decisions. Through the implementation of shared digital tools, departments can collaborate more effectively while working from a common operating picture to provide better public services.
Systems Management
- Oversees management, maintenance, and interoperability of platforms used across the Borough.
- Coordinates with the IT team to maintain digital infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
Analytics and Reporting
- Translates complex datasets into insights for Borough leaders, staff, and the public.
- Builds dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision‑making.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Works with Public Works, Finance, Parking, Building, Housing, and Code Enforcement, Sustainability, and Parks to understand their data needs.
- Helps teams to define and document business processes and adopt data-driven practices.
Strategic Planning
- Identifies opportunities where digitization and data can improve Borough services, reduce costs, or increase efficiency.
- Advises leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities revealed through data.
